Highly mature green tea with flaxseed, pineapple, psyllium, vitamin C and ginger.
Dietary supplement with more than 10,000 million probiotics.

Mode of Use: Dissolve 1 scoop in 200ml of warm water and consume immediately.
It should NOT be consumed hot as having probiotics could render them inactive.
It is recommended to take it in the morning since some people could generate insomnia because it is a drink rich in theine. If that is not your case you can take it at night.
